Meet the beautiful Miss S. She’s a Jesus-loving full of worship girl who has a heart to serve. Bassoon player {not for long though, right?!} volleyball hitter. I believe an ideal day would be coffee with friends at Starbucks then off to the beach to chill. We had a ball last autumn in the VW Bug. Happy Graduation & many blessings for your future. This past August, I had the privilege of photographing 4 generations of family in honor of the great grandfather’s 90th birthday. I honestly do not know if I had ever met anyone who was 90 years old in my life, and I was amazed at his spunk. What a loving family! I hope they treasure these memories forever!

THIS BEAUTIFUL MAMA GAVE BIRTHDAY TODAY!!! And last fall, I had the joy of getting her & her fun-filled family on the ivory couch for a memorable photo shoot.
These sweet sisters welcomed in a brother today. I bet they will be mommy’s little helpers. 4 generations. 1 couch. Can I just say my favorite comment of the shoot was when the great grandfather walked up to our location & exclaimed, “Why ON EARTH is a couch in the middle of the park?!” And then a few minutes later he was quite happy to sit & rest on it. Dear Photography Clients, THANK YOU for a great year. Thank you for indulging my playfulness in your sessions & allowing me to create such fun & memorable photos such as these. Each & every one of you have brought much joy to my heart. When I look back at these photos, I can still hear the laughter or remember the special occasion. Just one aspect of the magic of photography. May JOY reign in your hearts now and always. I cannot even tell you how many photo sessions I want to show you from this fall & yet I am still catching up on editing, Christmas card orders, Life Verse Design work, and you know… the most important thing … my mommy & wife work! But, I interrupt your exciting Friday evening to show you these BEAUTIES! They live downtown, literally blocks from all the sights so they wanted to do a photo session in “their neighborhood”! Oh how fun! It was my first “official” downtown shoot & it was very challenging {the sun was sooooo strong, not a cloud in the sky & the crowds were tricky to maneuver & part of Millennium Park was closed off due to setting up a festival}, but they were troopers & I am really happy with the results. I LOVE how their mama dressed them in black & white. So chic! Aren’t those eyes just gorgeous?!
